BBQ Mop

Get that real hickory, hokey-cokey, super smoky outdoor-grilled flavour with this moreish marinade. In the U.S. dirty South they use mops to keep their ribs moist over the fire pit. Rack ‘em and stack ’em.

Ghost Chilli

Hell, this one works wicked with everything! Throw it on... tacos, fried chicken, meat feast pizza, wings, bacon butty or your nan’s shepherd’s pie.

Katsu

Introduced by the Brits to downtown Tokyo’s Drunkard Alley, Katsu Curry is the staple of the Izakaya pub grub scene. Japan’s had its fun, now it’s time for us to take it back, support by Maneki-Neko, the lucky, ‘beckoning’ alley Kat.
